Hatch, Forward, Part 4: Installation of the Lexan Lens

Oversized the holes so as to allow room for expansion and contraction of Lexan (polycarbonate) around each fastener.

Made a mistake. Started to wipe right edge of Lexan (polycarbonate) prior to installation. Noticed cloudiness.

Learned too late that this staining is irreversible. Decided that I could live with this cosmetic flaw and continued.

Installed fasteners snugly, but not firmly.
